Happy Holidays!

So we made it through the Christmas celebrations! It was fun, except both girls came down with a cold Christmas Eve morning. Then two days after Christmas, McKenzie got Pink Eye! It's been tons of fun. Shon has passed oral interviews and a test to get into this program, so he will hopefully be working by mid January. YEA. My work has been so busy, as you can imagine. I am just trying to soak up all the hours, before they get cut drastically after the Holidays. So we are still here and breathing. We have added a new tricyle, and cool bake oven and some Barbies to the mix. Here are a few pics.

My Cute Girls . . .

So a few things have happened. We chopped off more of Hailey's hair. She finally wanted to because she said she rather have short hair than get her hair brushed. She hates that. We also made a trip up to my Aunt Donna's to see the famous Christmas lights near her house. These people go all out, it's cool. It's a living Christmas Vacation neighborhood, but done very tastefully. The Rocking Horse in the picture of McKenzie, Shon made. Yep, he made it. His dad used to make these and he got the bug and actually made 2 now.

Seriously? Do I need to say anything else??

It's rare to find a picture of this guy that looks great. He is either easy on the eyes, or I am almost embarrassed for him. I dig this one though.

Sea World . . .

Don't you just love Free passes to parks. My grandmother gave us Sea World passes for this next year, so we took advantage and took the girls on a Monday when nobody else was there. We had so much fun.

Another Day at Disney

We are lucky enough to be within an hour from Disneyland and have passes, so this is about the 6th or 7th time we have been this year. The girls love it so much and never get tired of it. Here are a few pictures.

A little updating . . .

So, even before Thanksgiving, we happened to be at the mall and Santa was there. McKenzie, of course wouldn't even go near the gated area where Santa sat, but Hailey couldn't wait to go sit on his lap and tell him everything she wanted for Christmas!
